The brief was to retain distinction and build on brand loyalty for this prominent energy supplier in a newly deregulated marketplace. The deliverable was a ‘welcome' pack outlining Eastern Electric's services and tariffs for new home owners.
The most recognisable element of Eastern's identity was its distinctive colour palette of orange and blue. The design of the pack builds on this whilst adding a little humour with a series of characters representing the various product schemes photographed in a series of light-hearted studio-shot domestic scenarios, helping make the prosaic nature of the information in the information packs, posters and advertising stings more personal, attractive and approachable.
