Smith appointed to create new development brand

Smith have been appointed to create an identity and marketing materials for a new luxury property development.

The development is a new exclusive gated development of four, individually designed luxury family homes. The brief includes naming the development and individual properties, creating an overall ‘look’ for the development and applying this to a range of marketing materials.
